Exercise Classes: £7.00 per class, pay as you go
A low impact functional exercise class designed for the over sixties to help improve activities of daily living, maintain independence, increase mobility, increase muscular strength and endurance, reduce the risk of falls, improve cognitive function, reduce the risk of disease.
All in a safe, fun, friendly, sociable, non-intimidating environment.
