I provide a low impact functional  exercise class designed for the over fifties to help improve activities of daily living, maintain independence, increase mobility, increase muscular strength and endurance, reduce the risk of falls, improve cognitive function, reduce the risk of disease.

All in a safe, fun, friendly, sociable, non-intimidating environment.

I usually offer these classes in a range of venues and online.

2. I will send a request for payment by bank transfer.

3. I will send you an invitation to join the class through Zoom.
